James Milner levelled with a crisp left-foot strike on 23 minutes ahead of Carlos Tevez scored just ahead of the break with a clever near-assortment end. King pounced after keeper Joe Hart spilled a cross in the 64th minute. Sven-Goran Eriksson’s Championship team developed an enterprising overall performance that, at instances, had their Premier League opponents firmly on the again foot.

  2. Was at this game, Leicester should have won 5-2! Manc support was terrible, quiet until they scored then they went quiet again.

  4. Great game. Disappointed with the Walkers Stadium though. Very bland and characterless – poor atmosphere (apart from the Mancs!).
